Here you will find your way into our tabletop services.
To play with one of our dungeon masters, you can choose to opt in for payments at one-time charges, weekly charges, or you can also request monthly payment subscriptions for our services.
Please consider that all games hired must abide by our guidelines for terms of service and refund policy.
ONE TIME
PAYMENT
This is a one-time payment commonly made for your first game-time with us or one-shots, after your first game please consider a subscription.
All our guidelines for payment still apply; feel free to check our refund policy here or in Discord.
WEEKLY
SUBSCRIPTION
On this model, you get a slight discount and pay us directly into our receiving currency based on the trade of the day.
Please choose this model based on the number of sessions you play with us each week.
MONTHLY
PAYMENT
On this model, you get a slight discount and pay us directly into our receiving currency based on the trade of the day (based on the number of sessions you play with us each week; you can alter the quantity yourself).
Sidenote: If there are 5 games in the month of play for this week, you will be charged one additional time separately.

Terms of Service
Satisfaction Policy
Your first session is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If, at the end of your first session, you publicly inform both the DM and the other players that you will not be continuing with the campaign, you are entitled to a full refund of your first session, regardless of the reason.
Subscription Policy
FableWeavers operates on a subscription model.
Subscriptions become mandatory after your first session. Available subscription options can be found in the Payments channel.
If a subscription is not selected within 24 hours of your first session, the weekly subscription will automatically be applied.
Seat Guarantee.
A seat is not reserved or guaranteed until payment for your first session has been received in full.
Until payment is completed, the seat remains available and may be claimed by another player. We do not hold or reserve seats without payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide not to continue with a campaign after confirming your participation, you must notify FableWeavers as soon as possible.

Email cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are sent from the same email address used for your original payment.
Please include the following information in your request:

Campaign name

Game day and time
-
Your Dungeon Master's name
-
Your Full legal name as in your card.
Once we receive your request, we will process your cancellation accordingly, a e-mail should be sent to the original e-mail confirming cancelation should you not recieve it, reach out to us, we will share a image of your user profile with a inactive subscription.
